On August 15, 2023—a meaningful day and a small celebration for Eve & Mary’s Publishing—our team visited Victoria Print, the printing house that proudly partners with us in bringing our first children’s book and original fairy tale, “Kai the Dragonfly,” to life.

To ensure that the colors are perfectly reproduced and the illustrations are vividly brought to life on the printed pages, each page undergoes a highly intricate process. The transfer of images and text onto paper is carried out with precision and care.

Each plate is coated, one by one, with the four primary CMYK colors, ensuring a seamless and high-quality color transfer. This meticulous printing process guarantees that every detail of “Kai the Dragonfly” reaches young readers exactly as envisioned.

Each page is printed using large-scale machines, operated by a team of specialists who carefully monitor the process to ensure flawless results—free of lines, smudges, or imperfections on the text and illustrations.

Our publishing team was amazed by the intricate process that each copy of our book undergoes at Victoria Print, transforming it from printed sheets into a finished product ready to reach young readers.
