Protecting our customers’ personal and financial information is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we process your information strictly in accordance with applicable legislation, specifically:

  • Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

Please review this Privacy Statement, in which we inform you about the most important aspects of how Eva & Maria Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “the Company”) processes your data.

This declaration provides key details regarding how we handle your personal data on our website. It also informs you about the legal grounds, timeframes, and purposes for collecting, processing, storing, using, deleting, and protecting your personal information, except in cases where you have explicitly given us consent to do so.

What Happens to Your Data When You Contact Us?

When you write to us via the contact form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your request and respond to any follow-up questions. We do not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!

Storage of Your Data

To facilitate the ordering and purchasing process, as well as to fulfill our contractual obligations, we store:

  • Your IP address,
  • Your name, address, email address,
  • Payment method details (e.g., credit card number).

These data are required for us to meet our pre-contractual and contractual obligations towards you. We do not share them with third parties, except for:

  • Payment processing providers (e.g., banks, PayPal, ePay),
  • Courier services responsible for order delivery,
  • Our accounting service,
  • WordPress, which acts as our data processor under GDPR, with whom we have a valid data processing agreement.

For unfinished orders, we retain the entered data for 30 days and reserve the right to periodically notify you of its status and your available options.

For completed orders, in compliance with Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of GDPR, we store all contractual data for 10 years, as required by Article 12 of the Bulgarian Accounting Act (ZSch).

Opt-Out Option
