Eve & Mary’s Publishing House is owned by Eva & Maria Ltd. The publishing house reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and is committed to promptly publishing any updates on its official website www.evemarys.com.

The website www.evemarys.com operates as an e-commerce platform for the sale of published products. The current Terms and Conditions constitute a sales contract between Eva & Maria Ltd. and the individual placing an online order through the website, thereby agreeing to these terms.

Prices and Payment Methods

All product prices listed on www.evemarys.com do not include prices for countries outside Bulgaria. They are for representation only. All products are listed on www.eva-maria.bg  in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and include VAT.

Delivery Information

  • Delivery is not included in the product prices and is carried out by Speedy Courier Service.
  • Orders are delivered within 3 (three) business days to the nearest Speedy office or to another address specified by the customer.
  • The delivery fee is determined based on Speedy’s current pricing policy.

Payment Method

  • Payment is made via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receiving the package.
  • The payment can be made by the buyer or a third party who accepts the parcel, confirms receipt, and signs the accompanying documents.

Order Terms and Conditions

An order for purchasing products from the merchant’s website, www.evemarys.com, is considered completed after the customer clicks the “Order” button and provides the required details:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number

The order is confirmed by the merchant through:

  1. Sending a confirmation message to the customer’s email.
  2. Contacting the buyer by phone to verify the order.

If incorrect details are provided, such as an invalid address, phone number, or incomplete name, the customer is not obligated to enter into a purchase agreement, and the order may not be processed.

All listed product prices on the website of Eve & Mary’s Publishing House, www.evemarys.com, constitute a public offer under Article 290(1) of the Bulgarian Commercial Act.
