Consent Declaration for Personal Data Processing in Accordance with Article 7 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council

 

I agree that my personal data, namely full name, address, and email address, may be processed by Eva & Maria Ltd. for the purpose of fulfilling a contract for purchased goods or ordered services, as well as for sending informational and promotional messages regarding the products and services of Eva & Maria Ltd.

I grant my consent for the period necessary to fulfill the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and Eva & Maria Ltd., and thereafter for the shorter of the following periods:

  1. The legally required retention period for contractual documents in accordance with Bulgarian tax and accounting legislation, or
  2. A period of 5 years.

I acknowledge that I have been informed of my right to withdraw my consent at any time by submitting a request at the  Contact Us  page. I also understand that my request may not be granted if it conflicts with the legal obligations of the data controller or public interest requirements.
